National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers ordering parts and consumables through our aftermarket and e-commerce channels. You will own the customer experience from inquiry through order fulfillment—answering questions, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in call center/order processing/e-commerce.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process parts orders accurately in the ERP/order management system.
• Provide order status updates, tracking, and timelines.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to expedite orders.
