Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts to wholesale customers, pick up parts returns and orders
• Communicate with customers on parts status
• Maintain professional communication with staff and customers
• Read and understand the parts catalog for lookup
• Provide high-level service to internal and external customers
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Conduct weekly stock checks for accuracy
• Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or urgent shop materials
• Locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders if needed
• Ensure all internal part requests are billed on service repair orders
• Set up orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures
• Clean driving record

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a urinary drug screening
