Rohrman Automotive Group in Indianapolis is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to support our service operations with timely, accurate parts delivery to technicians, customers, and wholesale accounts.

You'll verify parts and paperwork, load and unload carefully, provide professional customer service, and help keep the Parts Department organized between deliveries while following safety procedures in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Delivery, warehouse, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
• Obtain signatures and payments when required and accurately document deliveries.
• Load and unload parts and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts safely and efficiently to customers, repair facilities, and other dealership locations.
• Verify parts and delivery paperwork for accuracy before leaving the dealership.
• Load and unload parts while handling products carefully to prevent damage.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Obtain signatures and payments when required and accurately document deliveries.
• Communicate with the Parts Department regarding delivery status, missing parts, or customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist the Parts Department with organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and other duties between deliveries.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Parts Department and dealership operations.

Our Parts Departments play an important role in keeping our dealerships and service operations moving. Our Parts Delivery Drivers help ensure technicians, customers, and wholesale accounts receive the parts they need quickly, accurately, and professionally.
