Job summary

Great Dane LLC is seeking a Parts Driver in Memphis, TN to efficiently fill orders, load and deliver parts, and maintain accurate inventory. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely deliveries within a fast-paced service environment.

You will assist with cycle counts, keep work areas organized, and ensure order accuracy while upholding Great Dane's safety and quality standards. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with hands to perform data entry, organization of inventory, use of power tools and driving of company vehicle and/or forklifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to help install, load, and unload parts requiring lifting to 50 lbs.
• A favorable background screening, physical and drug screening, valid driver's license, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.

Responsibilities

A Parts Driver performs multiple tasks related to branch retail trailer parts and accessory delivery. Time is spent driving to deliver parts to customers and performing shop and warehouse inventory maintenance activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately fill orders from pick tickets and package for delivery.

• Safely drive company vehicles to deliver products on time which includes loading, unloading, and delivery of parts with efficiency.

• Participating in cycle counts and inventory management.

• Keep shop and work area clean, safe, and organized.

• Tracking and verification of all customer deliveries.

• Provide excellent customer service to effectively resolve issues for customers and vendors.

• Other duties as assigned.
