Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking a Parts Development Interior & Exterior Manager to lead supplier sourcing, selection, and long-term agreements for interior and exterior components. You will manage cradle-to-grave supplier relationships and drive cost reduction and onboarding through a structured development process.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure flawless launches, adherence to PPAP/ISIR, and timely delivery of parts

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting or related field from accredited university
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand program sourcing and key milestone in support of launch.
• Identify potential suppliers, analyze capabilities, determine price, and select suppliers with Engineering and/or other relevant teams.
• Prepare and own RFIs, RFQs for multi-year full production volume; prepare bid packages and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate long term agreements and maintain best-in-class pricing; lead cost reduction activities.
• Develop all assigned commodities with sourced supplier meeting specifications and timing.
• Evaluate supplier core competencies and cost competitiveness; guide suppliers from cradle to grave through Parts Development process.
• Drive flawless launches at supplier sites; ensure ISIR/PPAP adherence and rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date supply base information; hire, train, and manage buyers.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.
