Hyundai Motor Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Parts Development (Seats/CPM) in Montgomery, AL. You will manage supplier relations, RFQ/RFI processes, and long-term cost reduction programs, while guiding development with R&D and engineering partners.

Formación

• 5 – 10 years job related experience with supervisory duties preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible supply chain experience desired
• Long-term planning and strategy development experience desired

Responsabilidades

• Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation aligned with corporate vision.
• Select, develop, and manage supply base for production parts and systems.
• Lead yearly cost reduction activities and negotiate long-term agreements.
• Enhance supplier safety, part quality, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers during product development stages.
