Job summary

The Larson Group Peterbilt in North Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Parts Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. The role focuses on leading staff, setting budgets, and coordinating with outside sales to grow parts business.

You will train staff, develop plans to meet company goals, manage inventory, and ensure ISO standards are maintained. Safety-sensitive position with opportunities for advancement within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is required.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Ability to develop plans and budgets for the Parts Department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and hold accountable all Parts Department employees.
• Train and develop Parts Department employees to a high standard.
• Set budgets and goals for the Parts Department.
• Coordinate outside sales and customer calls with Outside Parts.
• Maintain and merchandise inventory to meet sales and profit targets.
• Assist warranty Administrator with warranty claims and returns.
• Maintain ISO standards and procedures.
