Job summary

You will coordinate with suppliers, quote prices, prepare orders, and help manage inventory and invoicing while delivering strong customer service.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, problem solving, and timely delivery. Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications, with opportunities for growth within a large U.S. network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers in person or by phone to identify needs and provide professional service.
• Matches customer needs with W. W. Williams products and services, proposing solutions.
• Identifies sales opportunities beyond current needs and guides customers to proceed.
• Uses product knowledge and catalogs to identify parts, pricing, and availability.
• Quotes prices, credits terms, and prepares orders for sales.
• Enters sold products into the system and maintains accurate invoicing.
• Handles freight charges per policy and processes customer payments observing credit rules.
• Overcomes objections and estimates delivery dates based on inventory and schedules.
