Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist in upselling to increase average transaction value. The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to use basic math and measure units accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect accounts and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts/services.
