O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely order delivery, while maintaining vehicle inspections and fleet records.

Ideal candidates have hands-on automotive knowledge, ASE certification, and multilingual ability, with a focus on Spanish. This full-time position emphasizes customer service, parts accuracy, and efficient backroom

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desirable.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice, and direct parts for delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Track inspections and daily mileages in fleet management systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to service professional customers.
• Verify warranty parts and cores are billed before checkout.
• Coordinate pickup/credit for core and warranty returns.
• Assist on front/back counters and in backroom duties as needed.
• Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
