Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to serve pro customers, pick and stage parts, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will also collect credit accounts, maintain relationships with key pro customers, and help upsell products to increase average ticket size.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and a willingness to learn new product knowledge while maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels including back room and facing.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
