Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will build and maintain relationships with key pro accounts, upsell products, and support inventory management and store upkeep.

A valid driver’s license and strong customer service are essential. Equally important are safety awareness, effective communication, and the ability to learn new products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Use inventory systems to track back stock and cycle counts.
