Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while keeping the store clean and stocked. You will also collect balances on accounts and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

Role requires strong customer service, ability to upsell, use the delivery board system, and build relationships with Key Pro customers. Safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Walk-in customers engagement and upselling ability.
• Read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off flyers while promoting sales.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock knowledge; handle inventories.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and provide solutions.
