Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers from the Tyler, TX location. You will also handle returns, stock duties, and promote current sales and loyalty programs while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. You will use a delivery board system and inventory tools to support sales and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Effective communication in English.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
