Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will handle returns, promote sales and loyalty programs, and collect credit accounts daily.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to upsell and assist customers in selecting parts or services. Multitasking and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• English speaking required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
