Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with major customers, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness. The role requires safety awareness, basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends. Automotive knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
