Job summary

Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver in Pittsburgh, PA to deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors and to pick up items as coordinated with the service and parts teams.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with responsibilities including processing documentation and maintaining truck appearance. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour with full-time benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers and vendors.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors.
• Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors, coordinating with Service Counter Personnel, Parts Managers, and S&R Personnel.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label and store).
• Complete all necessary documentation at delivery or pickup with recipient’s signature.
• Provide paperwork and undelivered parts to the appropriate location.
• Maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Wash outside of truck weekly and wax the truck every two months.
• Perform basic truck upkeep: check oil with each fill-up, ensure lubrication monthly, and schedule annual state safety inspections.
• Assist in annual parts inventory as needed.
• Support other staff with pickup and delivery tasks as required.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $18-$22 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

• Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors.
• Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors, as coordinated with the Service Counter Personnel, Parts Managers, and/or S&R Personnel.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products, (pick, unload, label and store).
• Completes all necessary documentation at the time of delivery or pick-ups and re-recipient’s signature.
• Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Wash outside of truck weekly. Wax truck each two months.
• Be responsible for the basic upkeep of the truck: check oil with each fill-up, ensure that the truck is lubricated the first week of each month, and get annual state safety inspections before they are due.
• Assist in annual parts inventory if required.
• Assists all personnel with a wide variety of pick-up and/or delivery services they may require.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts.
