Job summary

Lancaster County Motors is expanding with a Quality Pre-Owned Facility in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a dependable Parts Driver / Service Department Support to perform parts delivery, vehicle movement, and general service department tasks on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will load/unload parts, stock the storeroom, assist inventory, and move inventory between locations while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. A valid license and good driving history are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate cargo vans and other vehicles.
• Dependable, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Parts Driver / Service Department Support

Lancaster County Motors family of new car dealerships is growing! We recently opened our exciting new LCM Quality Pre-Owned Facility on Manheim Pike in Lancaster, featuring a rapidly expanding inventory of high-quality pre-owned vehicles and plans for a full automotive repair and detailing center.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Parts Driver / Service Department Support person to join our service department. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position that combines parts delivery, vehicle movement, and general service department support.

What You'll Do

• Pick up, verify, and deliver automotive parts between our dealerships and the Quality Pre-Owned Facility.
• Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate delivery issues or other problems to your supervisor.
• Assist with stocking and organizing the parts storeroom.
• Assist with parts inventory maintenance.
• Pick up and deliver used vehicle inventory between company locations and the Quality Pre-Owned Facility.
• Safely operate company vehicles while moving inventory between locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service department and work environment.
• Perform general facility and grounds maintenance, including sweeping, trash removal, and winter snow removal.
• Remove snow and ice from vehicles during the winter months.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.

Must successfully complete pre-employment background and motor vehicle record checks and drug screening.

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
