Highway Motors Inc. is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver in Leesburg, VA. You will be the face of our dealership, delivering parts to commercial fleets, government accounts, and repair facilities, while ensuring accuracy and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of driving experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts safely to customers on time.
• Pick and stage parts for orders.
• Handle customer returns promptly and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers and sales team.
• Build rapport to encourage repeat business and maintain service quality.
• Process payments and delivery receipts.
• Assist in warehouse duties and keep a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
• Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Communicate clearly with Customers and our Inside and Outside sales team
• Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle payments and delivery receipts
• Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves, cycle counts and keeping a clean environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior driving experience
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
