Jimmy Jazz is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Service Porter/Valet to support client vehicle pickup and delivery, service drive operations, and shop flow. You will assist with vehicle prep, loaner coordination, and maintaining safe, organized lots.

Responsibilities

• Client Pick-Up & Delivery: Safely transport client vehicles to and from homes or workplaces, serving as a professional ambassador for our dealership team.
• Support the Service Drive: Greet guests, tag keys, apply protective covers, and keep the drive clear during peak times.
• Shop & Bay Flow: Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to stage vehicles with minimal downtime.
• Vehicle Delivery Prep: Clean and prepare vehicles for handoff, including washes and vacuums.
• All-Hands Department Support: Assist with parts transport, loaner prep, and maintaining safe walkways and lots.

As a Full-Time Automotive Service Porter / Valet, you are an essential team player who keeps our entire department running smoothly—partnering directly with our advisors, technicians, and lot crew to maintain shop momentum and deliver outstanding care to our clients.

What You’ll Do

Client Pick-Up & Delivery:

Safely transport client vehicles to and from homes or workplaces, serving as a professional ambassador for our entire dealership team.

Support the Service Drive:

Partner with Service Advisors during peak check-in rushes—greeting guests, tagging keys, applying protective covers, and keeping the drive clear of congestion.

Shop & Bay Flow:

Coordinate closely with dispatch and technicians to stage vehicles where they need to be, when they need to be there, minimizing bay downtime.

Vehicle Delivery Prep:

Assist the team with final vehicle presentation by running units through the wash bay, vacuuming, and pulling cars forward for customer handoff.

All-Hands Department Support:

Step in flexibly wherever the department needs an extra set of hands, from shuttling parts and prepping loaner vehicles to keeping shop walkways and staging lots safe and organized.
