Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also collect payments, upsell products, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining inventory and a clean store environment.

The role requires safe driving, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and measure in all units.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock areas.
• General stocking including truck/back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
