Job summary

Talentify in Sylvania, GA is seeking a reliable Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, and to handle returns and core pickups. You’ll promote current sales and loyalty programs, manage daily credit accounts, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while sharing insights learned during deliveries.

A focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• English language skills required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
