Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while building relationships and promoting our sales and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include daily credit account collection, upselling, keeping the store clean, stocking back stock and assisting customers with product knowledge. Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma; afternoon/evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Return pickups and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
