Performance Ford Truck Country in Woods Cross, UT is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our dealership. This is not an entry-level position and requires previous dealership parts experience.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive dealership parts counter experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Not entry-level; pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries.
• Accurately identify and sell OEM Ford parts and accessories.
• Work directly with technicians to source the correct parts efficiently.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and receiving.
• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure parts are ordered, received, and distributed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to support dealership operations.

Pay: $3,500 - $7,000+ per month (DOE)

Performance Ford Truck Country is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a knowledgeable professional with previous dealership parts experience who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our service department, technicians, and wholesale customers.
