Job summary

Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma, WA is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counterperson to help customers identify the right parts, manage inventory, and support technicians in a fast-paced automotive shop.

The role includes assisting technicians and customers, handling inquiries, pulling parts, stocking inventory, and delivering outstanding service. Schedule: Mon-Fri; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) after 90 days, paid holidays and PTO, uniforms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive parts experience.
• Experience with automotive parts sales in dealership environments encouraged.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts needs
• Oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to completion
• Answer phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Pull and fill parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Perform routine inventory and bin checks to maintain accuracy
• Review repair and body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing are correct
• Process customer payments and obtain credit authorizations when necessary
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
