Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with in house DMS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
• Must possess excel data entry and math skills and have a strong attention for detail.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
• Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.

• Verify items received by comparing the purchase order to the packing list/invoice.
• Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technician’s and inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Inspect condition of items for quality and accuracy resolving any discrepancies in weight, quality or unit price.
• Make sure labels for material are accurate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
• Monitor parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
• Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
