Toyota West Mobile in Mobile, AL is seeking an Inventory Specialist for parts shipping and receiving. You will handle merchandise, ship/receive items, and help maintain inventory accuracy while supporting the team with special orders and daily operations.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a professional appearance. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, with opportunities for employee referrals and bonus programs.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all duties related to merchandise.
• Ship and receive departmental and/or dealership inventory.
• Assist in the maintenance of inventory accuracy and control inventory related records.
• Create special orders as directed by the manager.
• Notify appropriate department when special orders or back-ordered items are received.
• Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with organization and cleanliness of inventory area.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory as well as verifying receipts against purchase orders.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
