Job summary

Doherty Automotive in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Parts Counterperson to boost sales of parts and accessories while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary contact between the parts department and all internal/external customers, both retail and wholesale.

Responsibilities include processing orders, upselling related items, maintaining inventory, assisting customers with back-ordered parts, and upholding a clean work area.

Job Summary

The Parts Counterperson will amplify the sale of parts and accessories for the dealership while providing excellent customer satisfaction as being the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments and/or customers, retail customers and wholesale customers.
