Job summary

Fury Motors in Forest Lake, MN is seeking an organized, customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to help customers and technicians obtain the right parts quickly and accurately.

You will manage inventory, process orders, and support the Parts Department day-to-day while delivering friendly service during a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to make parts deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests.
• Identify and source automotive parts using catalogs, VIN lookups, and manufacturer systems.
• Supply technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately.
• Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and core returns.
• Receive, stock, label, and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations.
• Coordinate parts deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe Parts Department.

$22–$28 per hour | Full-time | Monday–Friday

Fury Motors is looking for an organized, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Forest Lake team. In this role, you will help customers and technicians get the correct parts quickly and accurately while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department.

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No evenings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience
• General automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle systems
• Experience using manufacturer parts catalogs
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in both customer-facing and parts-storage environments
