Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Experience at a parts counter is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding inquiries and supplying parts promptly.
• Process parts on invoices and coordinate with technicians.
• Maintain stock and track inventory levels.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming parts.

What You’ll do:

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
• Cost parts on invoice
• Coordinate with Technicians and others to ensure that parts requests are met
• Stocks incoming product and tracks inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive technician experience a plus!
• Parts Counter experience a plus!
