Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group is hiring a Parts Counterperson in Doylestown to support our Lincoln dealership’s busy service department. You will assist internal customers and technicians with parts requests to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, matching parts for technicians, coordinating with service staff, stocking inventory, and serving retail customers at the counter. Valid DL and automotive knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with staff and customers.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
• Mirror match parts for the assistance of Technicians.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met.
• Stock incoming product and track inventory.
• Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.

Brief Description
We are immediately hiring a Parts Counterperson for our Lincoln dealership in Doylestown! In this role, you will assist internal customers and service technicians with parts requests, ensuring our busy service department operates efficiently and effectively.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
