Job summary

Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is seeking a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to support the Service Department, answer phones, process payments, and close repair orders in the computer system.

Work schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00 PM–8:00 PM; Fridays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; every other Saturday. Compensation is $18.00 per hour. We offer paid training, growth opportunities, and a stable, family-owned workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests
