Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson at Car Quest in Langhorne, PA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining an organized counter, and processing transactions efficiently.

You will work with CarQuest systems to locate parts, assist customers in person and over the phone, and pick items from the warehouse to fulfill orders. A valid driver’s license and automotive knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred.
• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain an organized workspace and counter area for retail customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions over the phone.
• Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.
• Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
• Assist customers over the phone and in person.
• Pick products from warehouse to fulfill customer needs.

What You'll Do:

• Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.
• Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
• Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.
• Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
• Assist Customers over the phone and in-person
• Pick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs

Requirements

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required

Summary

Shifts: Full time 7:30am-5PM M-F and 8am-12PM Saturdays
