Luthermazda is seeking a Parts Counterperson to help manage daily parts orders, pricing conversations with customers, and coordination with body shops.You will assist with inventory checks, billing, and ensuring accurate stock levels for daily operations.

The role emphasizes fast-paced multitasking, strong communication, and attention to detail in a family-value environment.

Formación

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Responsabilidades

• Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery and/or pick-up.
• Call on outside vendors for emergency out-of-stock needs.
• Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing and credit authorization.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed.
• Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
• Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
