Job summary

Luther Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson in Minnesota. You will pull and fill orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate with vendors to keep stock flowing.

This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to read and apply safety and maintenance instructions. The position offers an hourly rate of $18-$24 with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Responsibilities

• Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery and/or pick-up
• Call on outside vendors for emergency out-of-stock needs
• Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing and credit authorization
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
• Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed
• Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
