Lynch GM Superstore in Burlington has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Counterperson! We are seeking an individual skilled in customer service with a general knowledge of vehicle parts. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to hustle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with Parts Manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special-order part requests for customers and service personnel
• Communicate with customers on parts status
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with staff and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior GM parts experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Punctuality and a positive attitude are essential
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
