Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to support mechanics and customers in selecting parts and keeping accurate inventory. You will interact with customers, process orders, and coordinate parts availability across multiple brands and stores.

A positive attitude and strong computer skills are essential to ensure smooth sales and high levels of service. Previous auto parts experience and dealership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous auto parts experience is a must.
• Dealership experience recommended.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have computer proficiency.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist all mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies.
• Keep track of parts inventory.
• Assist in ordering from numerous manufacturers and manage shipping/receiving parts to other stores and customers.
• Efficiently order/stock parts from a diverse range of manufacturers to guarantee availability and swift fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Meet monthly sales and gross targets and solicit parts business.
• Other tasks as assigned by Parts Manager.
