Job summary

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Parts Counter Specialist in Clovis, NM to assist customers and in-house service technicians with parts needs. You will coordinate ordering/tracking of parts and manage inventory to minimize downtime for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include delivering superior customer service, identifying machine details, fulfilling orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a parts specialist is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other parts programs.
• Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service with warm greetings and eagerness to help.
• Identify machine make/model/serial numbers by asking questions.
• Investigate part needs and determine additional parts required.
• Fulfill parts orders from in-stock inventory and place orders as needed.
• Match orders with packing slips accurately.
• Collect payment information/POs and call on past due accounts.
• Use resources to identify parts needed and maintain accurate inventory.
