TRU LAND Equipment is a John Deere dealer with 18 locations across Indiana and Ohio, serving residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. The Parts Counter role focuses on selling parts over the counter and providing accurate information to customers and service departments.

You will process orders, assist with inventory, and promote parts promotions in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Applicants should have at least 1 year of parts or related sales experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience.
• Experience connecting with customers and maintaining a professional image.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with independence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and handheld barcode scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter, on the phone, and to internal teams.
• Process orders accurately and communicate pickup or delivery status.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with cycle counts.
• Locate merchandise and coordinate with Inventory Team for non-stock items.
• Keep showroom displays professional and department orderly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and promote promotions.
