Job summary

TRU LAND Equipment, a John Deere dealer with 18 locations in Indiana and Ohio, seeks a parts counter associate. You’ll sell parts over the counter, assist the service department, and provide excellent customer service with accurate product and account information.

Responsibilities include processing orders, promoting related parts, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Evening/weekend availability and a valid license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Agriculture degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Parts experience or related sales/service roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work extended hours and weekends; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to customers over the counter and support the service department.
• Deliver excellent customer service with accurate information on accounts and products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and promote related parts.
• Process orders, coordinate pick-up/delivery, and maintain showroom displays.
• Keep inventory accurate and assist in inventory control tasks.
