Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification a plus.
• Experience in parts inventory and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and company ERP program (e-Emphasys).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and obtaining items to complete repairs.
• Build professional relationships with customers to grow the business.
• Handle daily tasks such as billing, cash handling, and SVC billing.
• Analyze the customer base for growth opportunities.
• Interface with service techs, leadership, parts, drivers, vendors and customers.
• Keep paperwork organized and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with customers and manage interactions for satisfaction.
• Answer technical questions or route to proper personnel.
• Maintain organization in the parts warehouse and perform other duties as assigned.
