Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts counter experience is required.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license; position includes occasional parts driving.
• Demonstrated history of high performance and customer satisfaction scores.
• Willingness to be trained on OEM processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials; expose the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information.
• Locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders when necessary.
• Notify service advisor and customer when special ordered parts arrive.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and manage records.
