Fitzgerald Auto Mall Carquest is hiring a Parts Counter Representative in a clean, organized, and structured environment in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on assisting customers with parts selection and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have prior automotive parts counter experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, teamwork, and a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Previous automotive parts counter experience is required.
• Applicants must have a clean and valid driver’s license and may drive parts.
• Superior communication skills and a proven record of teamwork are required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to be trained on OEM process and procedures.

Mansioni

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Inform customers of compatible parts and specials to expose the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders if needed.
• Notify the service advisor and customer when special ordered parts arrive.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and maintain orderly records.
