Haug Implement Co. is seeking a parts sales associate in Minnesota to provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone.

The role involves processing orders, locating and delivering parts, and maintaining showroom displays, with a focus on upselling related items and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of parts sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience with parts sales preferred.
• Experience connecting with customers and establishing rapport.
• Understanding of the selling processes.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Able to bend, lift and carry.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service to customers at the counter and on the phone.
• Provides parts for the service department and other dealership departments.
• Recommends add-on related parts or accessories to sales.
• Processes orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicates with customers on pick-up or delivery status.
• Locates and obtains in-stock, out-of-stock, and non-stocked merchandise.
• Maintains inventory integrity and participates in cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintains showroom displays and presents merchandise professionally.
