Ideal candidates bring automotive knowledge, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems and catalogs, plus a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn SOPs.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge or industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and parts catalogs (paper and digital).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer expert product advice.
• Ensure customers leave with the right parts and a great experience.
• Provide exceptional service to retail and commercial customers.
• Assist with parts lookup, paint mixing, returns, and non-application parts.
• Suggest add-on products and stay current on promotions.
• Respond to phone inquiries to support deliveries and in-store sales.
• Process transactions accurately following store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support inventory tasks, freight check-in, labeling, and deliveries.
