Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers and provide strong service.

• Fulfill online orders and place them in the will call area.
• Supply service technicians with parts as required.
• Maintain showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep the Parts Department clean and orderly.
• Maintain professional relationships with peers and management.
• Promote customer service throughout the organization.
• Safely operate forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Execute other duties as assigned by management.
