Consolidated Truck Parts & Service in Alexandria, LA seeks a Parts Representative - Back Counter to source, purchase, and deliver parts for repair jobs. You will collaborate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Managers to ensure the right parts arrive on time, with heavy-duty experience preferred but not required.

Training will be provided for candidates who bring the right attitude and drive, with emphasis on accuracy, inventory, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine parts needed for repair orders and source from vendors.
• Receive, post, price, and deliver parts to the shop.
• Provide timely communication to Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, and customers.
• Pull purchased parts from stock or submit emergency orders when needed.
• Ensure parts data is accurate in our system.
• Assist with inventory and annual counts.
• Support front counter or inventory staff when needed.

Position Summary

As a Parts Representative - Back Counter, you will play a key role in supporting our service department by sourcing, purchasing, and delivering parts to keep repair jobs moving efficiently. You'll work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Managers to ensure the right parts are delivered on time, every time.

Heavy-duty truck experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who bring the right attitude and drive.

What You'll Do

• Determine parts needed for repair orders and source from vendors

Requirements
