You will support technicians and customers, advise on parts, and help maintain strong relationships to keep industries moving. You bring 3–5+ years in material handling parts or automotive sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in material handling parts or automotive sales.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and customer service.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Sells parts to internal and external customers over the counter, by phone, or online.
• Maintains positive customer communication and supports operational success.
• Performs routine inventories, processes orders, and assists sales department as needed.
• Promotes and sells equipment and service products to increase revenue.
