• Identify, locate, and pull parts from inventory to fulfill orders accurately.
• Use catalogs or systems to determine part numbers and pricing.
• Advise on suitable substitutions when exact replacements aren’t available.
• Process orders, prepare invoices, and handle payments/authorizations.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
• Assist in merchandising displays and keep the counter clean and organized.
• Collaborate with service staff to support repair operations.
