West Side Tractor Sales, Bloomington, IN, is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to provide parts sales and customer service in the Parts department. You will follow up on orders, manage stock, and support service technicians with timely parts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a parts department or related field.

Responsibilities

• Parts Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the parts they need and answer any questions they have.
• Order Management: Follow up on orders, handle shortages, and make sure customers get their parts as quickly as possible.
• Technician Support: Supply service technicians with parts needed so they can complete their work accurately and on time.
• Manage Stock: Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure everything is ready to go.
• Store Organization: Maintain a clean and welcoming parts counter area.
